Terms of Use
- Include a packing slip with your item. You can print a packing slip from the Manage Orders page.
- Use a complete shipping address. You can cut an address label from your printed packing slip and attach it to your package. See addressing guidelines for Shipping Internationally.
- Use a complete return address, typewritten or printed in a neat and legible manner, on all packages. Include your seller name in the return address.
- Prominently label the package with the message, "Your Amazon.com Marketplace Order."
- The use of metered postage is recommended. Avoid excessive postage and the use of small-denomination postage stamps. Note: If you do not use metered postage, all domestic packages (including those to APO/FPO addresses) weighing 13 oz. or more must be handed directly to your letter carrier or taken to a Post Office, as per USPS regulations.
- Sellers can get purchases to buyers even faster (and without paying for priority mail) by simply using the nine-digit ZIP Code associated with the buyer's shipping address. You can find the extra four digits for any U.S. shipping address at www.usps.com. Your buyers will certainly appreciate you taking the extra minute to look up the code.
