I knew from the time I first saw the Dress for Venus that it was the dress I was looking for. I felt like a true goddess as I was walking down the beach to meet my groom. We had a very romantic seaside ceremony and I was flowing like a queen……..so beautiful and radiant. My husband was in tears the moment he saw me. 1 year after...
This was my dream wedding. As i child, i always imagined a fairytale wedding by the beach. I always imagined myself in a simple but elegant dress that will make me shine on my wedding day. The dress was just so perfect that I felt like a true goddess about to marry her prince. And the best part of it is that I was so comfortable in the dress. We were able to enjoy the night without having to worry about a wardrobe mishap, we were comfortable to party around town wearing our wedding outfits and danced the night away. We owe this all to you Jasmine. Thank you for your creations and more power to you. We would love to see your showroom next time we go up to KeyWest. I need to meet the person that made my wedding a dream come true!

It arrived! The dress was waiting for me at home last night and when I started to open the packet I thought at first you had wrapped it in green tissue paper as the color was so vivid and then I saw the design and it took my breath away - the colors of the flowers and how you have interpreted the feelings I was trying to convey are truly magical - the dress has just enough of the "traditional" elements that it is so a wedding dress but also reflects everything special about the fact that you can find a love a second time round ! It will be perfect for the beach ceremony and then dancing the night away in a taverna with friends both old and new.

Before…
Our sarongs have arrived! We were all so excited and crowded around the box...Natalie carefully lifted the bag out...and then our thrilled gasps started!!
First impressions, the colours so soft and delicate...then as we unwrapped each piece...the fabric so soft and luxurious...your artwork so detailed and beautiful (almost too gorgeous to wear!)...everything just as though it was magically transported from my mind into reality!!
The colour of the girl’s sarongs is absolute perfection...and so flattering for them! They have already given us two fashion parades showing off different options, and now I intend to spend this weekend thinking about and practicing what ‘look’ I think could be best for me...now that I have your book and all the pieces in front of me I see so many possibilities!
And so Jasmine, I just want to tell you we are thrilled with your work and I’d like to say a very big thank you for EVERYTHING. It’s been so much fun and all such a wonderful experience.
And after…
Our ceremony was altogether just a very magical experience...intimate and picturesque and wonderful to share with our beautiful girls. Everything went very smoothly on the day and the weather stabilized just in time for our sunset ceremony (7.20pm... the same time we were married in 1995). We had originally booked the wedding chapel by the water but decided on the terrace of our hilltop villa as it was so private. The girls and I had practiced tying our sarongs several times (try not to look too closely!) and in the end I decided to tie mine quite simply and go with the body veil which I ADORE!! I had so much fun all night wrapping it and flinging it and watching it flow in the wind! Julian felt so good in his silk shirt...I think we all felt casually elegant (and comfortable) which is exactly what I wanted to achieve.
Once again, thank you so much for your help and for creating such beautiful works of art for our day.

After much agonizing about what to wear for my tropical wedding, I found Island Bride Designs just in time. Jasmine was extremely patient with me and she truly wanted me to be comfortable. I have tried it on several times and had the bra on fitted in different ways, and think I will probably have it on 'the lift and separate', with it tied around my neck and flowing down the back.
