Can I make an order over the phone?Yes. Just call me on my toll free number, 888/52-9759, and I’ll be happy to take your order.
What shipping vendors do you use?
We use both United States Postal Service and Bongo to ship your silks. Shipping domesticaly you can choose from Priority and Express mail services. For international orders we can ship your order via USPS or via Bongo. We highly recommend that you choose Bongo especially when dealing with such precious cargo as your wedding outfits because you get expedited shipping times and expedited service in Customs.This is a major plus.
This is how it works;
- You register with Bongo,
- Island Bride Designs ships your order to the Bongo address in the USA
- Bongo charges your Bongo account for the international part of shipping.

How do I know when my order will arrive?
You will receive an email when your order is mailed to let you know it is on its way, when you can expect it and give you the tracking information.
My order is late, what should I do?
Unfortunately it is inevitable that some orders may arrive late.
For Domestic Packages: Check your tracking # to see if there has been an attempted delivery. Look for a calling card through your door. Call me toll free at 888/529-9759 or email me at jasmine@islandbridedesigns.com so I can look into the matter for you.
For International Packages: Check your tracking in your account with www.bongo.com If you have any difficulty reaching them, call me on my toll free # at 888/529-9759 or email me at jasmine@islandbridedesigns.com so I can look into the matter for you.
What is your returns policy?
Return Policy for Silks without Hand Painting: Returns must be mailed within seven (7) days of post mark for a full refund.
Return Policy for Silks with Hand Painting: Ipaint and sew your order as if I were making a gift for a dear friend. I stand behind my work 100%. In the unlikely event that this is necessary, I will repaint any part or all of your order one time. You must return the items you want repainted. Once I receive them I will let you know when I can fit you into my production schedule. The only additional cost to you is postage. I cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to me. I do not issue refunds on my hand painted silks.
How long will my refund take to process?
I aim to refund your account the same day I receive the item(s) back, however dependant on busy periods it may take a few days to process your refund.
Will I be refunded my postage fee for returned items?
I do not refund any outward postage and packaging or your return postage as these are both direct costs. I cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to me. Your claim for loss would have to be taken up with the post office or carrier chosen by the customer.
I need measurements for an item, how can I find them?
My garments have a more universal sizing than standard sizes. If you require exact measurements please do not hesitate to contact me on my toll free number, 888/529-9759, and I will personally measure the item(s) and discuss the sizing for you personally over the phone with you.
Why is my discount code not working?
If your discount code is not working then you should double check to make sure you are inputting it correctly. If this is not the problem it is likely the discount code is no longer valid. However we can tell you if this is the case if you contact me by phone, 888/529-9759.
